Bring your items to drop off at the time shown below.  If you want to donate anything that doesn't sell, you're done! If you want to pick up unsold items, see times for that, too.

JBF Pembroke Pines/Miramar Consignors who are able to help during (or before) the sale for at least 4 hours earn 70% less a $15 per sale event fee.

JBF Pembroke Pines/Miramar Consignors earn 60% less $15 per sale event fee who are unable to volunteer.

Consignors earn an average of over $300 at each sale!

Want to sell your items?

Get Involved

Would you like to shop even earlier than the first day of the sale? There are a couple of things you can do:

  • You can CONSIGN
    It’s probably much easier than you think. You sign up, you prepare your items, and then you drop them off at the sale! And the bonus? YOU SHOP EARLY! 
  • You can VOLUNTEER
    Our volunteers are the heart of our sales events. They do all kinds of wonderful tasks such as set up, sales floor organizing, check out and break down. And the more you volunteer, the EARLIER YOU SHOP! 
  • There are also presales for First-Time Moms, Teachers, and Military wives. If you qualify for one of these presales, please email us to register so we can get you the details.



Thursday, April 23, 2020 @ 2pm-8pm

Location: Sunset Lakes Community Center

Final Dropoff, Friday April 24, 2020 from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.

Drop off is ONLY for that 90 minute period. If you are planning to participate in final drop off, you must unload and drop off within those times.

What To Expect At Drop Off:

When you get to the Sunset Lakes Community Center park in the parking lot and Follow These Easy Steps:


1.Unload your items and bring them into the store.  Once inside we have rolling racks available on a first come, first serve basis that you can transfer your items onto for inspection and putting out on the sales floor.  We recommend having your items sorted when brining them to make your drop off process smoother. Clothes together in size and gender. Similar toys together, etc.

2.Once inside, get your checked in sticker, show your drop off pass & waiver and head out to the floor with your items.

3. Any baby gear or equipment?  Check in with our recall specialist when putting those items out on the floor so she can check them for recalls first.

Once all of your items are put out on the floor, head to consignor check out.  We will double check your bins & boxes to make sure they're empty & then you're on your way.

5. Inspection will take place after you drop off.  All items pulled for rejection will be scanned & marked.  If you are donating, they will be donated to our charity partners.  If you are picking up, they will be sorted with your unsold items.

6. Your presale passes will be given to you at drop off and before the presale shopping starts.

7.That's it!  Head home & watch your sales grow. :)

Pick up for all Consignors: Sunday, April 26, 2020 from 8:00pm-9:30pm at the Sunset Lakes Community Center.

At 9:31pm remaining items are donated to our charity partners. Sorry, no exceptions!

What To Expect At Pick Up:

We recommend bringing your own bin or bags to transport any unsold items home. You are able to send someone else to pick up your items just make sure they have your consignor #.

When you get to the youth center, park in the parking lot outside. Once you've parked, Follow These Easy Steps:

1.Check in with the greeter and get a consignor pick up form.

2. pick up team member will then guide you to all items that will be sorted into consignor #. Make sure you bring your consignor # with you to pick up.

3. Head to the clothing racks and look for your consignor #, they will be in alphabetical order.

4. Then head to the designate areas & look for your consignor # there.

5. Check the large item area for any items there.

6. Check the items without tags & high value items area to make sure you don't have any items there.

7. Once you've grabbed your items and we've double checked them, complete your pick up confirmation and you're on your way.

8. You can expect your check to be emailed within 2 weeks of the sale. :) We use Deluxe eChecks for payment.

We inspect every item that comes into our event and remove any items that do not meet JBF's strict quality guidelines. All cribs, and car seats go through an inspection process before the items may be placed on the sales floor. All consignors are required to go through an inspection process during drop off.
All items at JBF are required to be checked for recalls, be in clean working condition (with batteries) and have no missing parts. Clothing may not have any rips, stains, pulls, or be overly worn - when in doubt, toss it out. Shoes should be in excellent, like new condition.



Are you a busy mom who would like to consign but just don't have the time? We have the answer for you! We will have a trusted Valet Tagger prep, price & tag your items. They will also take care of bringing your items to the sale. You then make 40% of your sales minus a $25 consignor fee.
